We have the capability of waterjet cutting complex shapes and parts in almost any sheet material.  Most of our waterjet cutting has been on HRS, CRS, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, UHMW, Acetron, Nylon and Wood.

We can waterjet cut parts using virtually any CAD file or scan the drawing directly into the machine's computer.  Utillizing the waterjet we can perform presision cutting, beveling, piercing, etching and slotting with amazing accurancy and repeatablility.  Creating identical parts with smooth edges reduces waste and takes time out of the process for our customers.  

Once the material has been waterjet cut, other machining may be required to complete the part.  We provide a full range of other services including; milling, deburring, sanding, drilling, welding, painting and bending.  Count on us to complete the job with our full machining and assembly capabilities.
