Ladder accidents are a big issue for companies as well as the individuals who are involved.  A person with an eye toward helping to improve ladder safety came up with an innovative idea as to how to help stabilize your ladder.  As you can see from the video above, this ladder was set up on ice and the ladder was able to find firm footing and remain standing even though it is not touching the building.  Amazing!
